About Me
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working in the healthcare field. I started as a nurse assistant 15 years ago, then enhanced my education and became an RN. I worked for 10 years as a community home health nurse and a skilled nurse in different healthcare settings. I then pursued my passion to work in mental health, treating a wide range of mental health conditions. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Science with a focus on Integrative Health and Nutrition to gain even more knowledge on Alternative Medicine and Nutrition.
My Vision
At Mind & Body/Mental Rehab, my vision is to create a world where mental health is a top priority and everyone has access to quality mental health care. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and I am committed to breaking down the barriers that prevent people from receiving the care they need.
My Services
I offer a range of mental health services, including Individual Talk Therapy, Medication Management, Holistic treatment, and Nutritional Psychiatry. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to all of my clients. I will help explore the root cause of your mental health struggles so that you will heal from the mind, body, and inside out.
My Approach
I take a client-centered approach to mental health care, recognizing that each client is unique and has their own set of needs and goals. I work collaboratively with each clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
