Mind & Body/ Mental Rehab is a privately owned Mental Health Practice owned and operated by Margarita Perez, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Mind & Body/ Mental Rehab's vision is to create a world where mental health is a top priority and everyone has access to quality mental health care. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and I am committed to breaking down the barriers that prevent people from receiving the care they need.

Margarita Perez, Nurse Practitioner
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working in the healthcare field. I began as a nurse assistant 15 years ago, I then enhanced my education to become a registered nurse and worked for 10 years as a community health nurse, and skilled clinical nurse in various healthcare settings. I then pursued my master's in nursing and passion to study and work in mental health treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dementia, and addictions.

Mind & Body/ Mental Rehab offers a range of services, including Medication Management for various psychiatric disorders and addiction, Holistic Treatment, and Spravato Treatment. I also offer Telepsychiatry Phone/Video appointments and Home Visits for patients who prefer to receive care from the comfort of their own homes.
